Janette Davie - Chairperson of the Board
Janette has spent most of her professional life in the Tourism and Travel industry both in Australia and in the USA. Her expertise lies in developing strong teams, and driving growth strategies both in commercial enterprise and in the Not for Profit sector where she has also spent many years. Janette has a broad knowledge of governance, finance, risk, privacy and data protection from her many Executive roles, the most recent of which was Mastercard Pty Ltd in Sydney. Janette is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and joined the Board of Little Wings in January 2017, taking on the role of Chairperson of the Board in June 2017.
Richelle Koller - Managing Director
Richelle is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in financial accounting, auditing, taxation and financial management. Having graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Business Law, Richelle joined a Big 4 Chartered Accounting firm as a graduate, progressing to the role of Director, where she gained invaluable skills and experience in the financial management and reporting of private businesses and multinational corporations. Richelle subsequently pursued a number of commercial business roles to further broaden her business and accounting skills particularly in the areas of management accounting, budgeting and strategic reporting. Richelle has also managed her own private accounting business specialising in the financial accounting, taxation compliance and reporting needs of start-up and small businesses. Richelle joined Little Wings in April 2014 as a member of the Board of Directors and was appointed to the role of Managing Director of Little Wings in June 2015.
Phil Duvollet - Director
Phil has a strong aviation background having started his career as an Aircraft Maintenance Enginner in the Royal Australian Air Force. Phil worked for almost 10 years at Williamtown near Newcastle working on Macchi jet fighter trainers, Winjeel's and FA-18 Hornets, and was the volunteer Maintenance Officer for the Williamtown Flying Club for several years. Phil obtained his unrestricted pilot's licence at this Club and also obtained an aerobatic's rating participating in regional flying competitions. Phil holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from the University of NSW and now manages a project management consulting business where he consults to State Governments including the NSW Ministry of Health on various projects as well as CEO's, CFO's and Boards of large companies on their project risk profiles and capital portfolios. Phil has young children and was raised in the country so has a great appreciation of the challenges families living regionally experience. Phil is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and joined the Board of Little Wings November 2016.
Jason Conroy - Director
Jason joined the Board of Little Wings in January 2017. He is also a Non Executive Director of Verdant Minerals Ltd (ASX:VRM). Jason has extensive capital markets, investment, corporate finance, M&A and strategic expertise. He was Chief Financial Officer of DUET Group, a member of the ASX100. DUET owned and operated five energy infarstructure businesses including the Dampier to Bunbury National Gas Pipeline in Western Australia. Over a period of 9 years to May 2017, Jason helped a significant transformation of DUET that resulted in the group being acquired for $7.4 billion by a consortium of global infrastructure investors. Prior to DUET, Jason was responsible for corporate finance at Origin Energy Limited after he had gained experience in restructuring, advisory, venture capital and corporate development roles in Australia and overseas. Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
